How does payment work?

Payment takes place after invoicing – by bank transfer or payment in advance. For first-time buyers, bank transfers must be made and received in advance.

How does shipment work?

Standard shipment gets your order to you within one to two days. Dispatch by any carrier on request, or by express or courier. The buyer’s own customer number can be used for carriers.

How long can delivery be expected to take?

Standard articles are normally in stock and can be sent the same day. Special customer-specific orders may take longer.

Can I order non-standard items?

Of course! Special productions, different engraving depths or lengths, etc. can be made upon request.
